EXO Drones is based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. We manufacture our drones in Hong Kong with the highest quality standards. Our international partnerships give you a lower-cost, better-flying drone compared to other high-end brands. With a team of expert pilots serving as our customer service representatives, we pride ourselves on quality of our drones and the professionalism of our support. Our shipping is quick and insured.

Do EXO Drones come with a warranty?

Yes! All drones are covered under our standard 30-day product warranty. Additionally, we also offer an accidental damage protection warranty as well! Please see our warranty policy page for further details.

How much does an EXO Drone cost?

We currently offer four different EXO Drone models ranging from our $129 toy drone, the scout, up to our $799 professional-grade drone, the EXOPro Blackhawk. A number of our models also include upgrades such as additional batteries, obstacle avoidance, propellers, and more.

Is my data secure with EXO drones?

Unlike the larger players in the space, EXO Drones is based in the U.S. and all ensures that your data is protected and secured. While our manufacturing is done in Hong Kong, our software development team goes to great lengths to ensure that your data is never sold or passed on to other entities or countries. All EXO data centers are based in the U.S.

I purchased this drone as a SURPRISE birthday gift for my husband who will not receive it until October. PLEASE hold off on any future emails until then. We share the same email and it's very difficult to keep this gift a surprise when you keep sending follow up emails. We will have no input until he opens his gift in October, so PLEASE HOLD ALL CORRESPONDENCE UNTIL MID OCTOBER.

Update on my Blackhawk FALL

My drone fell from a tree “not” out of the sky! I have poor eyesight and have hit a few trees. “My Blackhawk from a tree” farthest fall was close to 50’. Some of you might have misunderstood my statement. Sorry that I wasn’t clear about that. My drone has never fallen right out of the sky!

I still haven’t been able to use my drone properly. I can’t video and they sent a new controller. I’ll send pics tonight of my drone which they may replace. I am a little frustrated now and hope my problems are corrected. Your folks on line have attempted to assist
