STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants this product of any defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Any damages occurring to your item as a result of malfunction will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. EXO Drones' is entitled to investigate the causes of any claimed malfunctions and will grant a replacement or repair at our sole discretion. Items found to be damaged at the fault of the user will not be covered by this warranty.

Additionally, Return, Warranty, and Insurance coverage services may be offered only when the pilot follows local government regulations for unmanned aircraft. The customer will be responsible for covering all related shipping, handling, packing and return postage costs.

Proof of purchase must be supplied when requesting a warranty claim.

This warranty does not include: Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use; Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care; Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage; Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse; Normal wear and tear; Any used, previously displayed items.

EXO Drones makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and EXO Drones expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, EXO Drones disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. 

For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All returns, refunds and warranty claims must be filed by the consumer directly to EXO Drones, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days after the merchandise is received. Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace defective parts whenever possible. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A MALFUNCTION? Malfunctions are limited to any technological defect that prevents you from using the drone in its intended use, or any physical defect found on the drone before the first flight. Any preventable damages are not deemed malfunctions as these fall under negligence, and therefore are not covered under the standard warranty. These include, but are not limited to; melting of the drone, gimbal damage resulting from failure to remove the cover, any physical or water damage resulting from irresponsible/risky flying.

REPLACEMENT INSURANCE (MUST PURCHASE)

In the case of any accidental, unintended, or negligent damage to the structure or technological vitals of your quadcopter, EXO Drones warrants this product to be replaced in its entirety, including any flying accessories such as the controller or propellers, one time during the duration of your damage warranty. Any damage found to be intentional for the purpose of claiming a replacement is not covered under this warranty and will not be replaced. There are no additional fees or excess to be paid to make a claim. Insurance is not refundable in the event that the drone is intentionally damaged.

REFUNDS: Product warranties are non-refundable. If your drone is damaged within your insurance window at your fault, you may claim one (1) replacement drone, but not a refund.
