All EXO Drones items are subject to a 15-day refund window. During this time, you may return your drone or accessory if it is in like-new condition. All returned goods will be inspected before the refund is issued, taking up to 10 days for inspection. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated. Any item damaged by fault of the user is not eligible for refund. All damages can only be repaired or replaced.

Return, Warranty, and Insurance coverage services may be offered only when the pilot follows local government regulations for unmanned aircraft.

Additional costs for express shipping methods purchased with your drone are non-refundable. 

Our 15 day refund window begins from the day you receive delivery.


If an item is damaged upon delivery, or is damaged due to malfunction, you must contact us within 15 days with photo proof. Outside of 15 days, EXO will not replace the item for damages incurred during transit. Damages that occur at the fault of the user are not covered by EXO.

All item malfunctions are covered by EXO's standard 1 year manufacturer warranty. All damaged items must be sent to EXO for inspection, where EXO technicians will determine the cause of the damages and notify you of your options for repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances and severity of damages. Items determined to be a malfunction will be repaired or replaced for free during the first year. Items determined to be damaged at the fault of the user will incur a repair or replacement fee, determined by our drone technicians on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Missing/Not Received

Once the item has left our warehouse and is in transit to your address in the courier companies' possession, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure delivery. EXO Drones has no control over the shipping companies' conduct. If an order is delivered and is stolen, missing or delivered to the wrong address, please contact the shipping company for resolution. By ordering from, you acknowledge and accept this risk and agree that you will not hold EXO Drones financially liable or responsible should an item not be delivered. 


You must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Any later than this, and the fulfillment process has already begun after which time we unfortunately can't stop the shipping process. EXO cannot guarantee cancelations, as our store is operated by a non-automated team of real people. Therefore, we urge all customers to be certain of your order before submitting your purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Some EXO items are shipped via Amazon prime fulfilment to provide a faster shipping experience. If your item is fulfilled through Amazon, it is not eligible for cancellation as Amazon immediately begins the fulfilment process upon placing the order.


You are solely responsible for ensuring all address details are correctly entered. EXO does not guarantee that the destination address can be changed once the order is placed. Orders where the customer has entered the wrong address are not liable for refund if not received. Please ensure all address details are correctly entered before finalizing order payment.


We do not offer exchanges at this time. 


Any items ordered via pre-order, i.e. if the order is accompanied by a "ships out x day of x month", then you will be able to cancel your order for up to 24 hours before the shipping date. After this time, our team has begun packaging and fulfilling all pre-orders.
