Returns

We accept returns, our policy lasts 3 months. With our 10-day "Fly'n'try" program, you can fly the drone then return the full kit for a 100% refund in the first 10 days. In the first 3 months, you're able to return the drone for a 100% refund with a small 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the returned item, item must be in like-new condition, we will examine it and notify you via email the status of your claim. When you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

To initiate a refund, email info@exodrones.com with the subject 'RETURN REQUEST' with your purchase information, and we will send you the forms necessary.

Cancelations

You may email info@exodrones.com BEFORE 9AM EST the next day to cancel an order, with the subject 'CANCELATION REQUEST' including the name billed under the purchase, as well with a copy of the confirmation email. If your email is received after 9AM, there is no guarantee that your order will be canceled.
