Returns and Cancelations


We accept returns, our policy lasts 3 months. With our 10-day "Fly'n'try" program, you can fly the drone then return the full kit for a 100% refund in the first 10 days. In the first 3 months, you're able to return the drone for a 100% refund with a small 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the returned item, item must be in like-new condition, we will examine it and notify you via email the status of your claim. When you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

To initiate a refund, email with the subject 'RETURN REQUEST' with your purchase information, and we will send you the forms necessary.


You may email BEFORE 9AM EST the next day to cancel an order, with the subject 'CANCELATION REQUEST' including the name billed under the purchase, as well with a copy of the confirmation email. If your email is received after 9AM, there is no guarantee that your order will be canceled.
