Returns and Cancelations


We accept returns, our policy lasts 3 months. With our 10-day "Fly'n'try" program, you can fly the drone then return the full kit for a 100% refund in the first 10 days. In the first 3 months, you're able to return the drone for a 100% refund with a small 15% restocking fee.

Upon receipt of the returned item, item must be in like-new condition, we will examine it and notify you via email the status of your claim. When you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Any later than this, and the fulfilment process has already begun after which time we unfortunately can't stop the shipping process. EXO cannot guarantee cancelations, as our store is operated by a non-automated team of real people. Therefore, we urge all customers to be certain of your order before submitting your purchase. Any items ordered via pre-order, i.e. if the order is accompanied by a "ships out x day of x month", then you will be able to cancel your order for up to 24 hours before the shipping date. After this time, our team has begun packaging and fulfilling all pre-orders.
