EXO Drones is based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. We manufacture our drones in Hong Kong with the highest quality standards. Our international partnerships give you a lower-cost, better-flying drone compared to other high-end brands. With a team of expert pilots serving as our customer service representatives, we pride ourselves on quality of our drones and the professionalism of our support. Our shipping is quick and insured.

Do EXO Drones come with a warranty?

Yes! All drones are covered under our standard 30-day product warranty. Additionally, we also offer an accidental damage protection warranty as well! Please see our warranty policy page for further details.

How much does an EXO Drone cost?

We currently offer four different EXO Drone models ranging from our $129 toy drone, the scout, up to our $799 professional-grade drone, the EXOPro Blackhawk. A number of our models also include upgrades such as additional batteries, obstacle avoidance, propellers, and more.

Is my data secure with EXO drones?

Unlike the larger players in the space, EXO Drones is based in the U.S. and all ensures that your data is protected and secured. While our manufacturing is done in Hong Kong, our software development team goes to great lengths to ensure that your data is never sold or passed on to other entities or countries. All EXO data centers are based in the U.S.

Any mis-piloting, drone malfunctions, illegal flying or injury to self or other is 100% the individual pilots fault and responsibility. If damages or injury arise of a drone malfunction, you agree EXO Drones is liable for 0% of the damages or injuries. Any FAA non-compliance is not EXO Drone's Cannon Purpose Brands responsibility, it is 100% the pilot's responsibility. Any broken laws in terms of flight, registration, or anything of the sort is the pilots responsibility, not the drone manufacturer or distributor.

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. Free communication for tech support lasts 3 months after date of purchase. After these 3 months, support is not guaranteed, or it may be at a fixed rate.

Disputes

In the event of bankruptcy or company shutdown, we are no longer liable for warranties, service, or refunds. If you have an existing damage warranty, it can be pro-rated, however all included manufacturers warranties would be deemed invalid.

We are not liable for any lost drone, unverifiable GPS malfunction, or other technical issues that may arise and cannot be proven. Unless you have a malfunctioned drone to return, we cannot be sure of what happened and it is not our wrongdoing or obligation to issue a warrant.
