File a Warranty Claim

If you have a manufacturing-related issue with your drone (that's still covered under EXO's standard warranty policy), you can use this page to file a claim.

To file a claim, you'll need to fill out the form on this page. Be sure to have your EXO order number handy (which you can find in the email confirmation you received when you ordered your drone).

 Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address on the form. EXO is not responsible for lost shipments if you enter your address incorrectly.
