I lost/crashed my Snaptain P30(Backup Drone) 2 weeks ago and needed a new drone for my inspection business. I didn't want another lightweight <249g drone, as my P30 was a lightweight class drone and it was terrible with wind. only had 2 axis gimble, crappy camera, but it was the backup so... it got the job done.

I bought this as getting my hands on a larger DJI right now is impossible. and being "American" made Exo more appealing. Considering some jobs are for state/municipal agencies.

Even with the "sale". $1,200 for the drone + additional battery seemed high, but I was hopeful it would be on par with a DJI Air 3. Apparently 2 and 3 battery drones bundles were out of stock. but the price was the same to just add another battery but of the different color scheme. Not the end of the world. but a speedbump in the buying process that was bothersome.

Once purchased, my ads on social media were very heavy with Exo's blackhawk 3 Pro. and I tumbled down the comments, Turns out its just a rebranded Hubsan drone. Again, not a showstopper, but will probably relegate this drone to backup use.

3 Days later; The drone finally arrives, even after I cancelled the order, or attempted to... Apparently, you can only cancel orders within the first hour. I tried 3-4 hours later after reading the comments/fake/scam stuff.

Purchased the Blackhawk 3 Pro. It showed up missing the multi port battery charger and power cable. Contacted Customer Support, which took a couple of days to respond. Once the responded I found out that I had to order both from Ali Express as EXO didn't have any in stock. Luckily they reimbursed me.

Did a couple of test flights in the backyard. Attempting to land on the second test flight, the controller lost connection with my phone, went to land on it's own and flew directly into a tree. Needless to say, the drone did not survive without damage. Contacted EXO again. They sent out another Blackhawk.

The power cable showed up yesterday and I'm now waiting for a dry day.

All in all, not impressed at the moment. I'll submit another review once all the issues are taken care of.
