Our international partnerships give you a lower-cost, better-flying drone compared to other high-end brands. With a team of expert pilots serving as our customer service representatives, we pride ourselves on quality of our drones and the professionalism of our support. Our shipping is quick and insured.

Do EXO Drones come with a warranty?

Yes! All drones are covered under our standard 30-day product warranty. Additionally, we also offer an accidental damage protection warranty as well! Please see our warranty policy page for further details.

How much does an EXO Drone cost?

We currently offer four different EXO Drone models ranging from our $129 toy drone, the scout, up to our $799 professional-grade drone, the EXOPro Blackhawk. A number of our models also include upgrades such as additional batteries, obstacle avoidance, propellers, and more.

Unlike the larger players in the space, EXO Drones is based in the U.S. and all ensures that your data is protected and secured. While our manufacturing is done in Hong Kong, our software development team goes to great lengths to ensure that your data is never sold or passed on to other entities or countries. All EXO data centers are based in the U.S.

Not quite there yet.
Purchased the Blackhawk 3 Pro. It showed up missing the multi port battery charger and power cable. Contacted Customer Support, which took a couple of days to respond. Once the responded I found out that I had to order both from Ali Express as EXO didn't have any in stock. Luckily they reimbursed me.
Did a couple of test flights in the backyard. Attempting to land on the second test flight, the controller lost connection with my phone, went to land on it's own and flew directly into a tree. Needless to say, the drone did not survive without damage. Contacted EXO again. They sent out another Blackhawk.
The power cable showed up yesterday and I'm now waiting for a dry day.
All in all, not impressed at the moment. I'll submit another review once all the issues are taken care of.

Batteries.
I have upgraded the firm ware on the batteries . The batteries will not charge fully. One at 66% and the other at 50%. This is my third exo drone and love them. But this is unacceptable. Some one please respond. Gary. 4076872879

My Thoughts on the Exo Blackhawk 3 pro!
I first got this drone a few months ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. I live in Washington State and even in harsh conditions it does great. It controls really well, and it only takes a while to understand how to fly it. My photos always come out perfect and the night mode works great as well. I hope in the future Exo makes more advanced drones that I can use. Love from Washington. -Ryan MacQuarrie.

Terrible APP
Have had the new Blackwawk 3 drone for over two weeks now and unable to use because the APP is not available in the app store. The Blackhawk 2 APP is there but not the Blackhawk 3. I have wasted days trying to find it to download. I will have to return the drone if continuing to not get the APP. And since I opened an account two weeks ago, I am unable to open my account due to password issues. This has been the most complex issues ever with EXO.

just a person who likes flying drones
i really like my new drone its the fourth one my first exo there is a a lot more things {thats teechnical} that keep track of it that i like. i am still afraid to let it out of my site. the paperwork said it can fly around 14miles away. when it is hook to my cell phone does it use cell towers to fly that far. i like it to much to lose it i have lost one in the past all in all i like your design and its fail safe whitch i havent used yet like signal loss it come back obstacle avoidance it goes around it
