Do I Need Permission to Fly This Drone Recreationally?
While you do not need a special license, you do need to register the drone with the FAA (in the United States). You can register here. Please also make sure you are in an allowable airspace when flying.
What Happens If The Drones Runs Out Of Battery Mid Air?
If the drone runs out of battery mid-air, it will initiate the landing procedure at a descent of ~1m/s. During that time, you will still have X-axis control and can attempt to bring it back to you during the time it takes to land. We encourage you not to fly your drone after the low battery warning is signaled. If you are concerned about making a mistake we encourage you to purchase EXO Care insurance!

Can You Fly The Drone Without Wi-Fi?
Yes, the connection between your remote control, drone, and phone all run off their own signal (for all drones).
Will I Receive Everything I Need To Fly Out Of The Box?
Yes! Everything you need to fly and film. Note - you are encouraged to charge it up fully before taking off.
How Many Videos Can This Drone Take?
It can store as much as you'd like on your phone, and full storage depends on the size of your MicroSD card. We always recommend filming/shooting to a MicroSD for the best capture resolution. Computers are best for long term storage and management of your video.
How Do I Properly Mount The Propellers Onto The Motors?
To attach, push the rod of the leg into the propeller’s holes and twist to the right. Keep it pushed until fully twisted. After releasing, to test, pull up on the propeller after attachment, it should not move vertically at all. It’s extremely important that you double check they are fastened properly before take off.

I recently received a Blackhawk 2 Pro drone as a gift. After having owned and flown my X7 Ranger I am loving this drone! Actually both of them. They are both extremely easy to fly. Still learning a few of the functions on the BH2 but loving it. A few issues here and there but will update to 5 stars once all is worked out. I highly recommend this drone over the more expensive ones.

This is a five star drone except for two items. The directions to learn the software are poor and there isn't a good illustration that shows all the menu options. I watched the EXO videos and YouTube videos to learn the software. The only operational complaint is the drone hasn't hit the EXO H landing pad yet.
Mechanically and software wise, this drone is easy to fly in windy conditions and the video and pictures are excellent. This is my first drone and I'm impressed with the ease of use.
My first drone shipped by EXO had a software problem that affected the signal. EXO help worked with me and the drone was replaced free of cost, even though the original warranty had expired.

I can’t get the batteries to charge and they are brand new. I have had this drown for about a year and it still has not taken flight. Every time I ask the company what is going on they tell me that I need to charge the batteries. Now it has been a year and my care plan ran out, so now they said they do t provide support and I can’t file a claim.

I really like my Mini Pro but the BH2Pro takes it to another level. It's solid and feels so much more stable in wind gusts and while maneuvering. I'm a lesser experienced recreational flyer and this meets all my needs. I've checked over my house and barn roof and have run it out over the pasture and back fields to see what's going on. I just have fun with it and the pics and video are awesome. I've played with the Obstacle Avoidance in Brake mode and it will not fly into walls and tree trunks. I'll try smaller and smaller objects as I get more confident. I've also had to contact Customer Support twice by email for other issues and have no problems with replys. I'm well satisfied.
