Customer service was good to work with. Shipping was reasonable. Arm was wrong. You sent me a front A arm. I tried to get back to you on this but you either didn't get my email or didn't respond to it. I know this was just a mistake anyone could make I just need to know how to go about getting an A exchanged for a B arm. I would love to tell you that I bought a great drone from you but I only got to fly it for about 5 minutes before it got stuck in a tree and I broke its arm getting it out. That was about 5 weeks ago and I'm dying to try out my new drone so please find a fast way to get me a front B arm. Thank you.
